Shipping Policy

Information about how and when we dispatch orders across Australia.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days if the item is in stock.
  • If your item is not in stock at the time of order, we will contact you directly to discuss timing and options.

Domestic Shipping

  • Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on item weight, dimensions and your delivery address.
  • Australia Post is our most commonly used shipping method and is generally the most cost-effective option.
  • For items exceeding 120 cm in any dimension, a courier service will be used.
  • Estimated domestic transit time is generally 3–4 business days depending on your location.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

International Shipping

  • We do not currently ship internationally.
